How to use the logbook: 1) Press the plus buttons to log a meal type or workout. 2) Search for either individual foods or whole dishes and then select quantity and unit. 3) When you have finished logging food, your logbook is updated and you see how many calories you have left for the day. The bottom of the logbook lists what you logged in on the current day. There you easily get an overview and you can also change and delete posts. Tip: Swipe back and forth over the logbook to switch between days. Become a member of Weight Club for 3 months.
