Al-Dukali Muhammad Al-Alim in 1949 AD, the reciter Sheikh, was born in Libya in the “Village of the Children of the World” and received his Quranic education at a young age at the hands of his father, at the angle of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Alam.
He joined the Asmari Institute in Zliten in Libya, where he completed memorizing the Noble Qur’an, and then moved to the city of Tripoli to continue his religious studies at the Malik bin Anas Institute and passed the primary, preparatory, and secondary levels at the institute.

He obtained a "General Teacher Diploma" in 1972 and worked as a teacher in religious preparatory school for public education.

In the year 1978 AD, he obtained a global license / licentiate from the Islamic University in Al-Bayda, Department of Sharia and Law.
