Description of Anatel Consumidor
Anatel official application for registration and monitoring of consumer complaints against telecommunications providers. It also allows the recording of requests for information and suggestions to the Agency and access to questions and answers about consumer rights of telecommunications services.
WARNING: Before you make a claim on Anatel, seek first address the demand together with the provider of telecommunications services and wait any deadlines for resolution she tell you. Only register complaints in Anatel if the provider does not respond or if you consider that the answer does not meet your rights.
Remember to write down - always - the protocol numbers that you spend your provider. These numbers will be needed in time to record the complaint in Anatel.
The complaint inserted into Anatel system is forwarded to your provider, which has a period of five business days to send you a response. The FCC does not handle complaints individually but monitors the response time and uses the information entered by consumers to demand better performance of providers and the industry as a whole.
To file a claim, the application requires the inclusion of CPF and password.
- If you have never used the app or system Contact Us, available on Anatel's site, feel free to register and get a password on the device itself.
- If you have already joined the System Contact Us, use the same password you registered. She goes for the two tools.
- If you have forgotten your password, the field "recover password" allows you to receive new password in the e-mail already registered at Anatel. There is also the option to validate their identity by entering personal data you registered previously.
- If you can not access the application because your e-mail and your registration details are out of date, please contact the Agency's Call Center at telephone 1331 (open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00) . The call is free throughout the national territory.
