Message+, the Smartphone messaging app combines SMS/MMS with chat and group chat. Share messages, pictures, videos, stickers and locations and receive notice of delivery and views. New calling functionalities enrich your experience – whilst the entire data usage is free and not taken from your monthly data budget.

Message+ is based on RCS (Rich Communication Service). RCS features not only enrich your messaging experience but also make your calls smarter. Mark you call as urgent or show your friends the reason you are calling, a picture or your location while the phone is ringing on the other side. Let others see what you see by sharing a video or all kinds of files during your call. If nobody answers your call, leave a voice or text chat message in their call history.

Share your best moments with your friends and share pictures, videos, stickers or your current location in chats and group chats. Message+ offers a wide range of fun features like live sketch, live map and personalized emoticons.

SO FAIR – SAVING DATA
RCS doesn’t use up your data volume at all and the usage of RCS Features in mobile network and WiFi is free of charge as well. Not even video calls nor sharing of files eats up your volume. Contract customers of Telekom Deutschland can chat with friends, send files or stickers within Germany without any additional costs. Same applies to prepaid users in Xtra Triple and Xtra Call/Xtra Card with SMS or Data Flat. Prepaid customers which do not have a SMS or Data option are charged 0.09EUR for every RCS Message send (text, picture, video, location). The reception of RCS messages is free for everyone within Germany and in EU countries (country group 1). Until July 31 2017 this is also valid for customers with “Travel & Surf” option when sending RCS messages. No international Travel & Surf data pass needs to be purchased. Video Share during a call is also free of charge.
