I would add three layout of the Japanese keyboard layout.
I will be available in the Japanese array Bluetooth keyboard and USB.
(I'll add a bonus two + English US array)

※ It is Android4.1 later dedicated
※ In the models that "physical keyboard" is not displayed by manufacturers limit can not be used (such as GalaxyNote2)

Additional types of layout
Version ① "Japanese" ordinary
Version that added the Home key ② to "Japanese + Home" ①
Version you have replaced the left Ctrl "Japanese (Ctrl-CAPS exchange)" and CAPS ③
④ US keyboard version "English (Ctrl-CAPS exchange)" of ③
Version that added the Home key ⑤ to "English + Home" English keyboard

■ How to use
Keyboard layout selection screen may appear after connecting the keyboard to select a keyboard that is connected from the input> physical keyboard and settings> language beforehand.
Press the "Setting the keyboard layout".
Add a check to: ("Japanese" example) layout you want to use.
To return to the keyboard layout selection screen, select the layout that you have added.
(Can be switched even ctrl + space on the keyboard)
※ may vary depending on the model and OS

■ concerning the compatibility
(Some apps for inputting characters) IME, there is a compatibility problem but some have a corresponding Japanese IME side, some keys and becomes strange when combined. (Such as Google Japanese IME input, for example)
In this case, please select the English layout.
