Receiving a wake-up-call for fajr salah: Set your alarm and let someone wake you with a motivating call. A conversation ensures you are wide awake for fajr. No more “I fell asleep after turning the alarm off”. Beat the nafs, the shaiṭaan and the sheets.

Wake somebody for fajr: Call a brother or sister and wake them for the fajr prayer. You can do the adhan, give reminders, ask questions etc. to make sure they are awake. (Calls are free over Wi-Fi. Otherwise, standard data charges apply.)

Built-in gender protection: Brothers wake only brothers and sisters wake only sisters. This way we can uphold the islamic guidelines and ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

Get in touch with the Ummah: Share something on the feed - say assalāmu ‘alaykum and meet new Muslims. Post and read motivating verses, ḥadith etc.

Self-wake function: If all fails, the integrated alarm will wake you by sounding the adhaan and vibrating.

Q: Do I need to ask somebody to wake me up?
A: No - when you set an alarm, all users in the app can wake you up.

Q: How do I wake others?
A: Simply go to the main waking screen from the bottom menu bar and choose who you want to wake up.

Q: Are the calls also free?
A: Yes, the calls are free as they are in-app. Data charges from your provider may apply if you are not using Wi-Fi.

Q: Are the calls anonymous?
A: Yes, only your chosen nickname will show when calling or waking with adhan.

Q: Can brothers call sisters and vice versa?
A: No, there is a gender protection built-in.

Q: Can brothers wake sisters by adhan and vice versa?
A: Yes, this is the standard setting. If the user wishes to get waked only by the same gender, this can be enabled in the settings.

Q: Is there a automatic adhan according to my country/city?
A: No, but we aim to have this in the future. It requires deep research, as some countries have timing issues some periods of the year, i.e. in Northern countries during Summer.

Q: Will this replace my normal alarm?
A: This is still a beta version and we can not guarantee anything. It's a good idea to still have a backup alarm, just in case something goes wrong.

Q: Is it available for iOS?
