The School Brain integrates cognitive games to a database that enable the exercise of cognitive skills, monitoring and guidance on performance and cognitive characteristics. Thus, the School of Brain can compose school curricula and offer space for expansion and diversification of educational activities, to contribute more to the overall development of students.
Cognitive games are a collection of various games working cognitive aspects, proposing the intersection between the concepts of games, fun and cognition. Thus, we start from the recognition of the contribution that games offer to child development and place emphasis on cognitive aspects
The School Brain applies knowledge of neuroscience in order to facilitate the formation of new connections and the reorganization of brain functions. Thus, the project aims to:
Provide free access to cognitive games developed for exercise and improvement of cognitive skills.
Provide information and guidelines to help with the best performance of the players in using their cognitive abilities.
Allow teachers to create groups, including students and track, through access to reports, their performance in the School of Brain.
Contribute to the improvement of school performance and learning of players.
Provide educational resources to teachers to work cognitive skills in the school context.
Conduct studies and research on the contributions of the use of video games in the learning process.
