Blurize app for android allows you to blur selected parts of your photos, or even a whole image easily, and maintains the original image resolution.

All you have to do is opening the app, selecting a picture from your gallery or taking a new one using the camera icon, then you'll have three main options: brush, eraser, blur radius.
You can use them to either blur the whole photo or highlight the parts you want to blur, you can blue anything, such as car plate numbers, faces, text, etc....
