The application is created with intention to study Android platform.

App requires 4 security permissions:
1).Read contacts. It is necessary for add a contact as a tag.
2).Internet (it is necessary for connecting to Ukr Post server).
3).Write external storage (it is necessary for import/export).
4).Access network state (it is needed with Google to send crash reports).
5).Wake lock (it is necessary for background status refresh).
