Steps:
Sit in padamasana posture in a calm place with your eyes closed.
Inhale deeply to fill lungs with air and then exhale, slowly release while chanting OM.
Focus should be in the center of forehead.
Morning is a good time to meditate.
Daily 5-10 mins will bring great results.
