Head of U.S. Businesses Steve Pelletier will open the session. In addition to Pelletier, the session will feature an innovation panel with Bob Bastian, vice president, Information Systems, Individual Life Insurance; Kimberly Supersano, vice president, Digital Experience, Customer Office and Al Caesar, vice president, Strategic Initiatives, Center for Next Generation Growth.
