■ Purpose of Circle
As a research, we are issuing an account to a limited number of medical institutions and sharing the information of the app user with the family doctor. In the future, we aim to use it as a monitoring function for family members and caregivers and as a physical condition management table that can be shared with the family doctor.

■ Simple initial setting
Let's start by setting user information (internal medicine information and disease information) on the initial setting screen.

Easy registration of daily blood pressure, weight, and body fat percentage. Registered values ​​are automatically reflected in graphs and reports. You can see it anytime.

■ Share information with your family doctor
We have prepared short-term and long-term graphs that make it easy to understand changes and progress. Please use it when you visit a hospital and manage changes in numerical values. In addition to presenting and sharing the app screen, you can also share the app data with your family doctor at a remote location through the system.
・ Patients can share data only with medical institutions that have installed the Ciecle system.
・ When patients share data, it is necessary to present the user ID of the Circle app to medical institutions.
-A healthcare system guest account is required for medical personnel to receive patient data sharing.
