One rep max calculator will allow you to compute the maximum weight you can lift for certain exercises. Apart from getting your 1RM (Repetition Max), the calculators have different modes.

The first mode is the classical One rep Max calculator, you enter your bodyweight, the repetitions and the weight. The calculator will compute your one repetition max. Blow that calculus there is a weight breakdown, with all your 1RM percentages and number of repetitions.
