“Fisherman's Guide” is a useful application that contains a detailed description of the most famous species of fish that live in reservoirs of Russia and neighboring countries. It will be useful for both beginners and experienced amateur fishers. The application contains two main sections: 1. "Species of fish"; 2. "Ways of fishing and tackle." There is also a “Favorites” section, with which you can create your own list of fish. At the moment, the application describes more than 70 species of fish. For each species, a name is given in Russian and Latin, synonyms and popular names, position in the classification system, as well as a detailed description that contains the following subsections: • Biological description; • habitat; • Lifestyle and nutrition; • Reproduction and development; • Importance for the person; • Features of fishing. The description of each type of fish contains 3 color photographs in high resolution. To view a photo in full screen, briefly tap it. In full-screen mode, you can zoom and scroll images left or right, as well as view them in landscape orientation. The application supports searching by the name of the fish in Russian and Latin, as well as searching by the name of the family to which a certain species of fish belongs. To perform a search by the name of the family, you need to enter the symbol “#” in the search line and then the name of the family. For example, "# perch". As a result, the list displays all the fish belonging to this family.
