Those who are recognized are high in terms of truth, investigation, jurisprudence and Sharia, and this great author that was called (the care flap) is no less than him, and I do not say that he is better than him, the first as if he made it for his first tour of sports tourism, and this second for his second inspection tour, complete in all its aspects Briefing and comprehensive, so you may find in it investigations, knowledge and statements - despite its small size - that you do not find in that, and from the words of its author - may God be pleased with him - mentioned in it evidence that it is one of his last writings, such as saying:
(And my companion to whom these chips "means Mr. Muhammad Abu Al-Huda and his legacy," and I dedicated it to the speech in the preamble of (Al-Buareq) and whispered to him the secret of the case (chapter of the speech) and published for him from (folding the record) thin that dissolved dust, and raised the flags of documents for him. The Great, Middle, and Small Document “and these sciences were placed for him in a wave-like scattering and a clear system” etc.
It became clear to us completely that it is from his last authorship, and it is not hidden from all the status of the last books of knowledgeable and famous scholars that they were issued in the position of empowerment and perfection, so I submitted it for printing on other than what remains of the author's many books, even if his words - may God be pleased with him - Its scattering and organizing it is like rain, it does not know its first good or the last, but it is all good, and you do not find chastity in it, but all of it and God is fat, and a precious pearl.
This great book was like a treasure that was full of all kinds of jewels, minerals, antiques, valuables, and ammunition. And the people of high humble still read the book from beginning to end, and perhaps one of them read the book several times as mentioned by that poetical pole, may God be pleased with him on his own, and said Al-Muzni, the owner of Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with them, said that I read the book (Al-Risalah) five hundred times. I did not use it in others, so they did not put some of their books, titles, and indexes.
Because of our time and lack of motivation, I have placed this book as much as possible to make it easier for the reader to enter it and benefit from it, even if he is like me from among the common people and other loved ones, or those who are occupied by seeking a pension and laboring for the children from seeking knowledge and sitting with his family, even at least between time and time.
