Praying has never been easier! youPRAY revisits the great traditions of Christian prayer to make them more accessible today.

Starting from the observation that "the hardest thing in prayer is to get into it", youPRAY has developed an original method to help you pray: the "prayer starters". These are short audio programs to listen to at home, in a church, in his car or on the subway, while jogging or washing up. Each of these starters follows this progression: Listen, Meditate, Pray.
