I am Karim THARWAT. For those who do not know me yet, I have practiced football for almost fifteen years in the Paris region in different clubs.

I also had the privilege and immense pleasure of coaching several youth teams. And sincerely, between us, it is perhaps the stage, from a sports point of view, the most important of my life. Being in contact with young players, rubbing shoulders with them on a daily basis, seeing them progress, learning, surpassing themselves in training, living together, suffering together, capsizing together, ... WINNING TOGETHER. And it also involves passing on my knowledge and experience.

It is therefore to WIN TOGETHER that I decided, a few years ago, to give you the resources that I would have liked to have as a player. So it went through the writing of my book "The training of the footballer" (recommended by Andy DELORT), or my various and varied advice that a lot of players could benefit on and off the field.
And of course to be able (finally) to release this application!

Resources mainly focused on practice and different aspects of training (physical, tactical, mental ...). I was also able to enhance everything with videos that you will find on this app, in addition to articles that I hope useful for the greatest number.
