The same rules apply in worldly sciences, for example, in medicine. Do they study it at random, however they want? Not! It is studied the way the specialists require, and the result is a real doctor.

Allah said:
﴿يثبت الله الذين آمنوا بالقول الثابت في الحياة الدنيا وفي الآخرة﴾
