With Horsens Taxi's app you have the taxi at your fingertips. The app is free to download and use.

We want to make sure your mobile number is not misused. Therefore, you must register before using the app.

When you open the app, it will find your nearest address. You can approve the address or move the cursor to the address you want to retrieve. You can also search for addresses and place names.

You can choose to book a cart as soon as possible, or you can pre-order a cart.

Once the pick-up address is selected, you have the option to select the car type and specify the delivery address or location. You can also write a message to the driver.

Once you have entered the required information, you will be offered a maximum price on the booked trip. The price is calculated based on information from Google Maps as well as the time of day and current traffic situation. If you say yes to the max price, you are guaranteed that the trip will not be more expensive than the max price.

Then you pay for the trip via the app. All you have to do is enter your card details and the amount will be deducted automatically at the end of the tour.

When your booking is completed, you will receive a reference number which you must provide at the start of the tour. You will be notified when the trolley is on the road and you can follow the trolley on the map and see the trolley number.

If you regret, you can easily cancel your order - but only until a carriage is on the way to pick you up.

If the driver has to wait for you at pickup, or if you need to go to a destination other than stated, you are no longer entitled to the calculated maximum price. In this case, the taximeter will be settled in the taxi.
