Description of RTE Notifications
In addition to the e-mail notification service of the Services Portal, RTE offers this application to enable you to receive the following alerts in real time on your smartphone: • Partial or total unavailability of production means: These notifications concern accidental and scheduled unavailability declared for power plants and generation groups located in mainland France (excluding Corsica). • Transmission network unavailability: RTE declares notifications concerning fortuitous and scheduled unavailability of elements of its network, likely to impact exchange capacities at borders. • Information lack of offers: The information message (entitled alert message in the RE-MA rules) is sent from D-1 when the volume of resources available on the balancing mechanism can be activated taking into account the imbalance. forecast is less than the required margin.
