Over the years, his endless pursuit of perfection have landed him and his creations at France le Relais Saint Michel, Les Fermes de Marie, Hotel de Crillon, MeridienPlace de la Concorde, and most notably at Hotel L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA.

Just like his macarons which perfectly pair texture and taste, Chef Rocq finds his constant inspiration from this loyal and lovely partner, Deborah. Always behind the scenes, Deborah has been building the Rocq brand into a global icon with her extensive knowledge in distribution, customer experience, and in their corporate partnerships.

What started as a sweet tooth for sweets, the Rocq's couldn't think of anything better than to utilize their extensive culinary talents and open up their hearts to their passion, the French Macaron, and all desserts in general.
