Radio Fides, official radio station of the Archdiocese of San José, has been on the air since July 25, 1952, subject to Christ and his Church, open to change and always trying to be the station that educates Christians.

The path of Radio FIDES over the years has not been tasteless. On the contrary, it has been adorned with actions that have brought joy and fullness to thousands of listeners.

In all this time, FIDES has not been an effort, but a devotion, it is the delivery of several people over the years. From its founders until today.

Grandparents, children and grandchildren have been able to enjoy a program that in difficult moments has been supportive and in happy moments of celebration and joy.

We have been serving Costa Rica for many years and with technology to many souls outside our borders, we have become friends, fellow travelers but above all brothers of a Father in common.

Radio Fides is today one of the first stations of the national dial, but more than audience numbers it is a means to communicate with God and with the brothers.

This walk has also implied risks that we assume with courage and responsibility. The station stands firm in the One who overcame death and calls us to be salt and light to the world.

Our flag is and will continue to be, the defense of the most defenseless and especially the promotion of the family.

This is our mission ... to bring relief to homes, to bring love, but above all to be the voice of God for listeners and fill them with Life and Hope.
