• Groupe VYV invites all elected officials and employees (1) to a digital experience 100% adapted to health conditions, in partnership with United Heroes, to discover the benefits of physical activity on our physical and mental well-being.

Easy to use:
• The Le Défy application allows you:
- automatically record your physical activities by connecting it to your phone's native pedometer and to the tools you already use (connected bracelet, etc.) and / or,
- manually register your activities.
• If you are already using the United Heroes solution, you can use your existing account to join the Le Défy experience.

2021 calendar:
• From March 1 to 31: install the Le Défy app, join your regional team and discover the United Heroes wellness and sport program.
• From April 1 to 30: take up a challenge each week and go above and beyond for the cause of caregivers!
• From May 1, 2021 and until the end of 2022: install the United Heroes application dedicated to your entity to take advantage of the program throughout the year and see us around the Défy again in 2022.

How are the Défy teams formed?
• They are set up by administrative region and bring together elected officials and staff from all participating structures: there are 13 metropolitan teams and a 14th representing the overseas regions (Antilles, Guyana, Réunion and Mayotte).

What is the principle of the Défy?
• All participants contribute to the overall goal, regardless of the activities they engage in and their level of intensity.
• Each effort is rewarded with points. 1 min = 1 point.
• The program lists around fifty activities to choose from; if you can't find yours, you can register it manually.

Challenge program:
From April 1 to April 30, 2021, we are offering you challenges to diversify your practice and earn points. Of course, you are free to choose other activities at your own pace.

• Challenge n ° 1 - Boost your mobility: from Thursday April 1 to Monday April 5 inclusive
• Challenge n ° 2 - Learn to slow down: from Tuesday 6 to Sunday 11 April
• Challenge n ° 3 - Reconnect with nature: from Monday 12 to Sunday 18 April
• Challenge n ° 4 - Strengthen yourself: from Monday 19 to Sunday 25 April
• Challenge # 5 - Daily stretch - Monday April 26 to Friday April 30

Dashboard (activities):
• Access in real time your summary of activities, the number of points you have accumulated and the ranking of your team.

Team:
• A chat allows you to share your best practices and encourage your team.
