As they dig in, they'll strike up a conversation, share their troubles, and give you a glimpse of the joys and sorrows that delight and plague them. Sell enough food and you'll save up money with which you can stock new varieties of oden. Customers all have their favorite types of oden, and if you serve them enough of them they'll become regular customers. This means they'll hang around longer and eat more oden! You might end up listening to them gripe about the same thing a few times, but patience is a virtue, and virtues are always rewarded in the end. The more you get to know your customers, the more likely they'll be to tell you more about themselves...and maybe even tell you what they really think!
