Lima system is a platform meant to act as an Agroanimal health cloud system, that links the producers of the tsetse fly repellant and fungus-derived pesticide, super agents that act like the retailers of those products, community resource persons (or Community Animal Health Workers) who provide services to the farmers, veterinary service providers and the local farmers. This interactive platform allows the farmers to place orders for products or request veterinary services using USSD and the closest community resource person will get an alert and process the orders using this app, the CORP can then acknowledge receipt and deliver the product. The system has a web version for the admin to view and approve registration of registered veterinary workers, for the super agents to manage their stock levels.
