During the term of this franchise, you will not engage yourself in any kind of business agreement with any of our competitors for online matrimonial or related activities.
Overpricing of the services shall not be tolerated. You will not charge any amount in excess of what is specified by us.
you may offer discounts at your end at your sole discretion. If there are any changes in prices we will notify you.
We may appoint any number of Franchisees as required on business considerations which may include the territory/area/locality same as your operation.
We reserve our right to terminate the Franchisee without assigning any reason.
If it comes to our notice that you have misused the name of Hans Matrimony or any information related to it then we will take proper action against it.
The franchisee will have to work as per terms and conditions laid by HansMatrimony from time to time.
The franchisee can terminate his/her with Franchisee, if he/she doesn't want to continue his/her activity concerning Hans Matrimony, by giving one-month intimation to that effect.
You will have to use Hans Matrimony's name for advertising.
The franchisee can do advertisements through various advertisement modes such as Newspapers, Radio channels, Cable connections, or Listing in magazines. But it should be first intimated to Hans Matrimony about matter and format.
All technical issues will be handled by Hans Matrimony.
You will have to bear with us if any technical problems arise (whose chances are very less).
Hans Matrimony keeps full rights to increase or decrease rates for the service provided.
Hans Matrimony holds the right for changing this operating agreement from time to time.

Franchisees will have to give proper service to their Members.
The franchisee should not pass on any information to other agencies which is detrimental to the business of Hans Matrimony.
Hans Matrimony Matrimonial Services remains the final decision maker for any disputes.
Prior written permission must be taken from Hans Matrimony before doing other activities not mentioned above.
You will submit Accounts to Head Office every day.
