The purpose of the Elepedia application is to assist in developing the field of electrical engineering in the Arab world by collecting the most important international electrical standards and facilitating their obtaining by the engineer or the beneficiary in general through clear methodological steps as follows:

1- Emphasis was placed on explaining the NEC-National electrical code and comparing it as much as possible with European standards as in IEC, as it was found that most of the international standards are based on NEC & IEC standards.

2- We tried to shorten the engineering information as much as possible and avoid boring detail without prejudice to the content.

3- The engineering information was reviewed more than once over long periods to ensure its correctness before being included, by participating in international forums specialized in electrical engineering.

4- Despite the application of quality control methods in reviewing scientific content, it is still a human work and error is likely. Therefore, we ask all members to participate positively when making sure that there is an error by using the "Contact Us" button.

5- International engineering standards will continue to be brought closer and updated according to the latest versions, as some standards and codes are updated every three years (such as NEC to keep pace with modern technologies).

6- Using the profile data in the application, the corresponding marketing information will be published for each engineer separately according to the registered country.

7-The relationship between the engineer and the companies will be brought closer by following up on their news up-to-date by the presence of application groups for manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and consultants.

8- A group will be activated to facilitate the sale and purchase of new and used electrical equipment (the application is not completely responsible for the validity of the data presented in this group).
