ENTRE RIOS FM 98.7 - Cultural Community Communication Association of Entre Rios de Minas, was founded on June 29, 1998, according to informal and legally organized records, according to the first minutes and creation of the statute registered on January 12, 1999. The current means by which the Community Association - Entre Rios FM 98.7, is the Community Radio Broadcasting, characterized by the radio broadcasting of sounds, in modulated frequency (FM), of low power (25 Watts) according to the law, which gives conditions for the community to have a communication channel entirely dedicated to it, opening the opportunity for the dissemination of its ideas, cultural manifestations, traditions and social habits. The grant to provide the Community Broadcasting Service is given only to legal entities constituted in the form of an association or foundation and, therefore, that are not for profit.
