Solve problems:
 
- High internet costs: The NPO ZAPPELIN app is free. The traffic that is needed to stream video, however, and NPO Zeppelin radio and downloading games, crafting and booklets may incur additional charges. The parent menu you can turn on the option 'wifi download. There will only be downloaded or streamed when your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
 
- My favorite program is not free: NPO ZAPPELIN not all programs shown on TV are the rights they make available in the app. In addition, programs for these limited rights available in the app. The films thus change daily and in a holiday there are fewer videos.
 
- Full memory: The app stores the books, games and crafting on, so you also can view without the Internet. If the memory of your phone or tablet will fill up, go to the parent screen and delete files you do not use much.
 
- App available outside the Netherlands: NPO ZAPPELIN unfortunately has no right to offer the films abroad. The NPO ZAPPELIN app is available only for Dutch accounts.
