The Post-App provides helpful features and practical information on Swiss Post’s services. An overview of the functions: Login: Use the Swiss Post customer login for direct access to online services in the app. The login will remain valid for 1 year for protected devices (PIN, fingerprint, Face ID) and 60 days for unprotected devices. Push function: The push function provides you with the latest information about Swiss Post as well as personal information about upcoming consignments from “My consignments”. CODESCANNER – can be accessed via “scan” at the top right: With the scan function, you can scan the barcodes and QR codes on consignment documents or enter the consignment numbers manually.
