Wrestling is a sport that requires a high level of skill and understanding in order to master. This program walks you through basic ground wrestling, judo, and jiu Jitsu moves. From an arm bar to a kimura hold, this program provides a variety of ways to get your opponent into submission while rolling or in a match.

Learn the Following Fundamentals in this App

Stance - Parallel or staggered, you will learn multiple stances.

Penetration Step - The intro movement that puts you in a position to score, learn multiple moves that use this.

Level Change - Raising and lowering your hips to set up or execute an attack or to counter the moves of your opponent in order to gain an advantage.

Neutral Position - Initial position in which you stand with square shoulders to your opponent.

Takedowns - Learn a variety of beginner to advanced takedows during which you take your opponent down to the mat and gain control from the neutral position.

Reversals - Learn a variety of beginner to advanced reversal moves during which you quickly go from being in a position of defense to being in a position of control.

Escape - You will be introduced to escape moves to get away from your opponent.

Breakdown - Intro breakdown moves are demonstrated to get your opponent off balance and down to the mat.

Finish - Learn all of the submissions and pins. This is the final stage, when pinning your opponent or getting the back of your opponent’s shoulders on the mat for at least two seconds.
