The BZfE's seasonal calendar is also available as a mobile app! The updated version 1.7 is optimized for mobile devices in March. New types of goods have been supplemented with mushrooms, sweet potatoes and sweet corn as well as pomegranates, persimmons and the local range of melons and watermelons. The app can still be downloaded free of charge from the Google PlayStore. As a basic setting, it automatically lists all the vegetables and fruits that are currently in season for the current month in an overview. A filter function offers the sorted selection for "domestic" or "imports" in the respective month view. Another tap of the finger is enough and the user gets an overview of how the market offer of the selected fruit and vegetable types is distributed over the entire year. All fruit and vegetable images can be enlarged using the zoom function.
