This means, that this app is sending game data (scores, statistics) and the model of your phone. Nothing else. If you don't want that, you can disable the online functions in the settings.
This game contains a lot of flashing, and should not be played by photosensitive people or children. Have breaks between the games and play in well lit rooms only.
