Tabata Timer is a preset stopwatch based on Tabata protocol. It basically consist in doing the same exercise for 8 cycles with duration of 20 seconds for each cycle with 10 seconds to rest between every cycle. You can edit this preset stopwatch as you wish, increasing or decreasing the HIT intensity.
