The following App is proposed as an aid to the Doctors for the indication for anticoagulant therapy in non-valvular atrial fibrillation, whereas the technical specifications and the provisions of AIFA relating to the prescribing of dabigatran (Pradaxa) of Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) and dell'Apixaban (Eliquis) in Italy.
The application allows you to calculate the score of thromboembolic risk (CHADSVASC), the risk of bleeding (HASBLED) and glomerular filtration rate (Cockcroft-Gault) and the dosage of three new oral anticoagulants.
