LOCUM offers a simple and effective solution for the acquisition of services among general practitioners. Sophisticated profiling and real-time status updates guarantee an optimal user experience.

REGISTRATION - Register as a practice holder or as an observer. Both are also possible. Then use different email addresses.

HOME DOCTOR POST - Practitioners select their permanent GP post. Observers select all GP stations where they are active.

HIS - Practitioners select the HIS system of their practice. Observers select all HIS systems they are familiar with or have a preference for. As an observer, do you not fill in anything? Then LOCUM assumes that you are familiar with all 14 (!) Systems!

AVAILABILITY - Observers fill in their availability; there are three time slots per weekday.

AVAILABILITY REMINDER - As an observer, do you want to adjust your availabilities per period? Then do that via "Settings". Note: matches are only shown for the period for which you have registered your availability. Do you want to limit the number of matches? Schedule your availability reminder earlier.

PUSH MESSAGES - Activation of push messages is done through "Settings". You will only receive push messages when you are logged in!

SALE OF SERVICE - Practitioners go to their services page and click "+" at the top right of the screen. First choice is between a GP post or practice. Then the date. After filling in times, rate choice follows: specify rate yourself or let observer make a bid. For multi-day services, post comments on the first service of the series. For multi-day services, answer the question "Do you want to offer more services?" With yes. In the follow-up screen the next working day automatically appears with all fields pre-filled, confirm again, etc., until the series is completed.

MULTI-DAY SERVICES - Multi-day services are offered modularly. The series can therefore be sold in one go, but also in parts. Would you prefer to sell multiple services at the same time? Then put that under "Comments" at the first shift of the series.

FIXED OBSERVATIONS - Are you looking for a regular observer for a particular day of the week? Then place the service in a few weeks, accompanied by your request. The app automatically creates a series of it.

OBSERVERS 'RESPONSES - There is never more than one response to a service posting at a time. As a practitioner, it is therefore important to respond in a timely manner. When a response is rejected because a bid was too high, the service is made visible again to all candidates.

SERVICES STATUS - The status of "Services" with the practitioner is: Open, Responding, and Sold. The status of "My Services" with the Observer is: Approved, Inherited, and Declined (if offer is declined, can be renewed). In both cases the services are shown per month in calendar order. In addition, services at the observer can also be viewed differently, in the sections: Match, Approached, and Inherited, each time ordered by date.

TAKE-OVER OF SERVICES BY OBSERVER– On the "My Services" screen, which opens by default on the current month, if there are matches, you will see a red dot in the top right corner with a white number indicating the number of available matches. Clicking on it will take you to the "Matches" page, where the middle column contains the matches you can respond to. The other columns contain information about shifts you have already responded to but have not yet received confirmation of, and about shifts that you have taken over. The rest is self-explanatory.

CONFIRMATION - After approval of the practice holder to the reaction of the observer, the acquisition has been confirmed. Contracts and billing work outside the platform.
