The Dimensions of Well-Being App was developed through a collaboration between Essentia Health and Continuing Education at the University of Minnesota Duluth with funding from a Minnesota Job Skills Partnership grant. The app was developed to support well-being and resilience. The app features journaling, meditation, relaxing music and sounds, meeting opener questions, recovery information, and daily positive quotes.
