Through the My Arthritis app, you will be able to learn more about your condition through useful and engaging tools and resources, all of which will help you to stay on-top of your condition and live a happier, healthier life. Track your symptoms Keep track of your symptoms and flares so that you can discover patterns in your health and habits. Doing so will help you to prolong periods of remission and reduce instances of relapse.
