Thinking about your health and well-being, FITZE was designed with the union of 3 pillars: exercise, food and motivation. The APP has:
- Weekly exercise plan Suggested training according to your initial conditioning and final goal. The exercise plan includes warm-up, exercise and stretching; using functional training with the weight of your body and, if you use equipment, equivalent options for adaptations to what you have at home.
- Weekly meal plan Suggested meal plans according to your profile (weight, height and ). This plan has options for all meals of the day (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and supper) and, if you do not identify with any food, you can replace it with equivalent options.
In addition, there are benefits in several aspects of life such as improved body composition, conditioning, esteem, mood, quality of sleep, quality of life in general and improvement in activities of daily living.
