I've made some changes to Simple 5/3/1 here's what's new: -you can now view a graph of your max progressions. -you can now generate Sheets and Excel compatible files that map your cycles through multiple waves of 5/3/1, with an appended max-percentage chart, and save them to your drive account or send them as an email attachment. -you can now export your personal record and max progression data to Sheets and Excel compatible files and save them to your drive account, or send them as an email attachment.
